Building Futures Construction Career Days is a two-day workforce development event designed to introduce middle school and high school students to career opportunities in the construction and skilled trades industries. Hosted through a collaborative partnership between industry leaders, educational institutions, and community organizations, the event will provide students with hands-on experiences, live demonstrations, interactive exhibits, and direct engagement with construction professionals.
Industry partners, educators, and workforce organizations will come together to showcase career pathways, training programs, certifications, and employment opportunities that support long-term career growth within the construction industry.
